1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- The original invoice/bill must be presented.
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Custom-made or prescription lenses.
- Items damaged due to mishandling or misuse.
- Discounted or clearance products (unless defective).
2. Defective or Wrong Product
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Replacement or refund will be processed after inspection and confirmation.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7β10 business days after product approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for size, style, or color (subject to stock availability).
- Additional charges may apply if the new item has a higher price.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return policy.
